Tin Can and Pyrography Plaque

The plaque is made from old drink can and burr sycamore veneer glued to card

I love the way that old drink cans can be cut up and used in this way. I like the way the corporate logos can be distressed so that in the main thee colour shows and we can make out something familiar to us.

The dragon? I don't know why but I like the shape of it and the curves blend well with the curves on the drink can logo.

A small (each square is 30mm) but surprisingly time-consuming item.
as always your comments are welcome.
This is going to be one of 3 that I will make.

I'm also working with squares at the moment and its proving to be a time consuming exercise. Your plaque is both unusual and striking. I like the contrast.
