Carved in November 2008 I have one left (right hand stick) and the other was carved for a work colleague for a Christmas gift for his father. Both have a brass ferule at the base and are waxed with a leather thong.
The gifted stick has two faces carved on it, the top one depicting the spirit with a hood effect which is something I will do more of in 2009 (I think this is only the second hooded carving i have done).
